Call for Papers:

 

We are open for speakers who would like to give presentation on ITSM related topics showing their experience and highlighting important issues. Session duration is 60 minutes.

 

-         Abstract submission deadline: Jul. 15^th, 2009

-         Notification of acceptance: Jul. 31^st, 2009

-         Full paper submission deadline: Aug. 31^st, 2009
