On April 26th, 2013, it has been announced that the UK Cabinet Office has formed a joint venture with Capita PLC, a UK based company, to own and manage the Best Management Practice portfolio, including ITIL and PRINCE2.

 

The new joint venture company will own and trade on the ‘Best Management Practice’ portfolio of professional standards. Capita PLC will own a 51% share of the new company while the government will retain 49%.
