The purpose of this webinar is to describe what is configuration management, the main terminologies associated with it, and activities performed in applying the configuration management process. We will relate asset management and configuration management as one integrated process, and clarify the value that the business will realize by adopting these practices. The discussion is mainly targeted to IT service provider organizations and how they can implement these practices. The presentation will be in Arabic and English, with the speaker commentary in Arabic.
