Sixth Annual Conference Report
2014-10-11

Today we held our Sixth Annual Conference for this year, online virtually on the cloud. This year's conference featured presenters on different topics related to ITSM, joining from Bosnia Herzegovina, Canada, Egypt, and Kuwait, presenting both in Arabic and English.

We managed to record most of the sessions, and the recording can be found at the conference page at our website, available until Oct. 30th.

In addition, proceedings of this conference papers and presentations are distributed through the following channels:
