The itSMF International will launch a year-long celebration of the itSMF signing up its 50th Chapter.

Each week, for 50 weeks each financial itSMF Chapter world wide will have the opportunity to contribute one promotional web-page linked to the front page of the itSMFI web-site. This promotion will consist of a URL leading to one page describing, for example; the chapter's history, with a note from a handful of its most successful company members where the CEO or Financial director says what Service Management and the itSMF has done for their company. Once the week is over, each page will be part of an archive that will record the celebration page for this great milestone in our history.

There will be a unifying artistic theme on the front page during this 50th Celebration. This will take the form of a small design, crest, logo, mascot or other creative art work that can be used as the 50th Chapter Celebration theme.

This is a call for contributions for this art work. The competition, that will close on the 31st of December 2008, and be judged by a panel nominated by the itSMF International board, is open to all itSMF members and the prize will be an Apple iPod Touch. The winner will be announced on the 1st of February 2009.

The prize will be awarded by the sole judgment of the judges and no correspondence will be entered into. All entrants agree to give up all copyright to their image to the itSMF as a condition of the competition.
