Monthly Competition: November Result & December Edition

November edition of our monthly competition has now ended. Thanks to everybody who have participated in this competition from around the region.

Among participants who submitted answers to this competition, no one has got enough number of correct answers to qualify for an award. Thus this month's award has been withheld.

December Edition:

This month's competition is now available. As usual, it is short and easy, from general ITSM knowledge, and from contents on our website, with links of hints to where to find the answer. To access it please click here. Participation is open until end of day Dec. 31st.

December Prize: Free online subscription for 1 year to our Annual Conference Proceedings CD - 2015 Edition. Find about it here.

Eligibility: Only participants from the Middle East region are eligible to join the competition. However, sponsorship opportunity is available for interested sponsors from across the globe.
