The EAITSM Inc. is now planning the series of webinars to be organized during 2018. As a regional community platform for IT Service Management professionals, we are targeting topics that are of interest to the community.

Speaker proposals are welcome for topics related to the following themes:

• Financial Technology (FinTech) and Blockchain Applications
• Virtual Reality (VR) / Augmented Reality (AR) / Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Cyber Security / Information Security Best Practices
• Digital Transformation / Cloud / IoT
• ITSM Frameworks and Solutions

We welcome presenters in both Arabic and English languages. If you are interested in presenting a webinar with us related to any of the mentioned themes, please contact us and we will follow up with you for planning your webinar. For reference, please view list of past webinars.

General Terms:

• Webinars are made available for free to the public, and on-demand viewing of video recording is available later for members only
• Speakers participate on a volunteer basis, since this is not used for commercial purposes
• Webinars are usually 1-hour long on average. Date and time are agreed with the speaker
• Speakers prepare materials and present it online using webinar system information provided by us
