As one of our missions is to represent a reference point for all ITSM related activities in Egypt, and to be a facilitator in the Egyptian market, we are providing on our website a directory list of ITSM related training and exam providers in Egypt. We aim at making this list as comprehensive as possible.

In addition, most of the feedback we are getting from our community is regarding Certifications and Qualifications, and questions on training and exam providers, which made this subject at the top of our priorities.

Thus, if you are an organization that provids any ITSM related training or exams in Egypt, then we are offering you the opportunity to get listed at our website for general reference for our community. Please send to us (certnqual@eaitsm.org) detailing the following:

Organization Name, website, and contact information
Short description about the organization scope of work, how long have you been in business in this specific area (training/exams).
The ITSM training courses (ITIL or others) you provide (specifying the level, version, and other details)
The ITSM exams you hold, and related detailed information.
