ITIL Arabic Glossary Review - Call for participation 2010-01-28
Since the Arabic version of ITIL V3 Glossary has been released more than a year ago, it has received appreciation and acceptance from the community, and trials for usage and application of the glossary terms were made. Out of these practical use applications of the Arabic glossary we were contacted for some recommendations and enhancement suggestions from several parties. Hence, we are currently working on an updated version of the Arabic glossary to be released in the near future.
This is a call for participation to all interested parties from our community to share their feedback, comments, suggestions, based on their applied use of the current version of the glossary. We aim to get feedback from as wide range of Arabic nationalities as possible.
Please direct your valuable contributions to translation@eaitsm.org, before Feb. 15th, 2010. Please use the Word format of the glossary to insert --> comment from the Word standard menu, then send the finalized review document. Comments are expected to be as clear, justified, and determinist as possible.
You can get the current version of the glossary from here.
We appreciate so much your efforts in serving and developing our Arabic community.
