Report on MEET ICT 2011

We have recently participated in the MEET ICT 2011 conference held in Bahrain, Jun. 20 - 21, by presenting a short talk on the topic "Overview on the ITSM Industry". The conference has attracted a wide variety of Arab nationalities, as well as non-Arabs, and included a series of valuable and really informative sessions, and rich discussions.
