New Joint Session with HERO

It's our pleasure to announce that we are organizing a new joint session with HERO - Microsoft Egypt IT Pro Community, through our successful partnership. The session is titled "ITSM Toolkit - it's not ITIL Only", and will be held on Dec. 22nd, 2011.

This session was one of the topics presented during our Third Annual Conference recently, and since the topic is generic enough to be of interest to the general IT community, we arranged this joint session with HERO to present an extended version of the subject.
