The purpose of this webinar is to clarify the importance of change management in the lifecycle of a service, and how it can be applied. After explaining the main concepts related to the change management process, we will illustrate the actual application of the process activities through the case study of a comic story "A day in life of Mr. CR". This webinar is targeted towards attendees from both the IT side and the business side in all kinds of industry, based on the fact that change management spans all roles. The presentation will be in English with the speaker commentary in Arabic.
