Yesterday, Feb. 5th, 2015, we held a FREE webinar titled "Service Desk – Future Insights", presented by Mr. Ahmed Gad, ITIL, ISO 27001. (Registered Member)
Participants in the webinar came not only from Egypt, but also from other countries in the region, including Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
The speaker explored the differences between a Helpdesk and a Service Desk, and presented the new trends of service desk design and operation, and how the new directions of service desk evolvement tend to include all customer facing processes within the service desk function as a single interface point.
