We all can notice that many separate initiatives are being taken in individual organizations for adoption of IT Service Management practices. Although discrete efforts may be paying off, capitalization on each other experience will be much more beneficial.
Thus, we would like to encourage you to DOCUMENT YOUR APPLIED EXPERIENCES, lessons learned, success/failure stories, case studies, ... etc, and send to us to share with all community, while still preserving your confidentiality.
